Job Detail: 1)To co-ordinate,monitor and maintain all the Quality Documents & Records, Quality Plans & Procedures in accordance to the Hospital
2)Quality Management System (QMS)
3)To compile and generate relevant reports in compliance with Departmental and Authority Requirements.
4)Manage Customer Feedback Records & Analysis
5)Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin; other local dialects is an advantage
6)Minimum one (1) year experience in maintaining quality system. Exposure to hospital environment is additional advantage.
7)Computer literate
8)Self-motivated and self-discipline
9)You will have a commitment to customer service, continuous quality improvement, excellent communications skills, and an ability to plan, organize and work efficiently within the organization.
Qualification: At least Diploma/Post Graduate preferably in the relevant field.
